A free zoom networking hour, Tuesday 21st November 2023
Starting at: 16.00 UK 11.OO EST
Learning practitioners, typically have a few favourite learning models.
Here are two I use regularly and that bring powerful results: The Dreyfus and Dreyfus five stages of development model, and John Cowan's three forms of reflection.
I will co-host this event with Jacky Leonard.
Hubert and Stuart Dreyfus suggest that professional development has five distinct stages as we become more expert.
John Cowan notes how reflection on learning need not be only retrospective, that it works best when looking forward, in anticipation, and can be strong when 'in the moment'.
After the event you will will be sent a lot of additional resources
You will be sent all the items below to add
value to your participation.
