I have been 'helping people to learn' since 1982 - from 1992 working independently.
My approach is truly learning-focused, I am no 'box ticker', seeking measurable results from my work.
I walk my talk, keeping a 1.3 million word, hand written learning log since February 1987 - and a lot else!
The only work I take on is that I know by my own record I can do well.
I still get a huge boost from seeing with those whom I work progress and use well what they have learned.
