Since 1982 I have been helping people to learn, and this remains my passion.


I feel coaching is the best, and often the only way to create real, applied and sustainable learning.


My approach to coaching is firmly based on an understanding of unique client needs and context.


Each week I learn more about coaching and learning, I have a coaching supervisor - and a coach!


My focus is on skills development and releasing potential, I am all about prompting positive change.


I work with the most senior leaders, and other no less significant people in many other roles.


My coaching ranges across all sectors and continents - I work unconventional hours!

Coaching often costs too much, and is not truly client-led


One or more exploratory meetings first to see how we get on.


You choose an option: Five sessions for £600, or eight for £800.

If you need more we can sort that. For a short-term boost I can do two sessions for £150. All with two bonus contacts.


Each session takes as long as you need, I'm not a clock-watcher. 


A bonus free, initial diagnostic session will thoroughly identify your needs, priorities and context. Then we can to get to work.


You decide the coaching approach, how to get the most value.


We will agree regularity of contact, you decide what works best. 


So we know our time together has achieved lasting results, you get a free evaluation session some months after our last contact.
