I have used this format of 'outline' for decades, it works for me, and hope for you, saving you a lot of design time.
The wording of these: 'If you apply what you learn during and after this event' is very deliberate, emphasising the need to
use what is learned and that considerable, supported responsibility for making this happen can
only be the learner's.
